Most of the change in therapy comes from steady attendance over months rather than from a small number of intense sessions. Telehealth is what makes that pace achievable for people with unpredictable schedules.

Sessions run on a secure HIPAA-compliant platform, and you must be physically within Maryland at the time of the appointment.

## Practical details

Individual sessions are $180 for 53 to 60 minutes. Couples sessions are $280 for 75 minutes. There is no charge to cancel more than 24 hours ahead; inside that window the fee is $130.
