## Obligation and expectation

Much of the difficulty people bring here began as somebody else's script: a family expectation, a professional identity, a role in a community that no longer fits the person holding it.

Individual sessions are $180 for 53 to 60 minutes; couples sessions are $280 for 75 minutes. There is no fee to cancel more than 24 hours ahead, and $130 inside that window.

All sessions are by secure video on a HIPAA-compliant platform, and you must be in Maryland at the time. Inquiries are answered within 24 to 48 hours, and 988 is available at any hour.
