Session fees
Clear about the money, so the work can be about the work.
Two session types, one honest fee for each. Payment is due at the time of each session.
53–60 minutes
- Weekly or biweekly, through secure video
- Adults, seniors, and young adults across Maryland
- English or French: sessions in either, or a mix
Insurance
Hélène Ndoye Diop, LCPC is in-network with the following plans and bills them directly:
- · CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield
- · Aetna
- · BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts
- · Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic
- · Providence Health Plan
For any plan not listed above, C-G Health is an out-of-network provider and issues an itemized monthly superbill you can submit for reimbursement toward your out-of-network mental-health benefit. Either way, a short call to your carrier before starting is worthwhile, to confirm coverage, your deductible, and the reimbursement rate for the CPT codes used (typically 90837 for individual and 90847 for couples).
Cancellation policy
No fee if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 24 hours are billed at $130. The policy protects the time held for you and the time others could have used.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time of each session through a secure client portal. Major credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.

Hélène Ndoye Diop, LCPC is in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield of Massachusetts, Kaiser Permanente of the Mid-Atlantic, and Providence Health Plan, and bills those plans directly.
